Sync all settings in about:config and Sync settings of all addons

Make better sync to sync all settings in about:config and sync addons settings, because we, all need to re-toggle hidden settings in about:config and reconfigure addons settings. Expand synchronization more complete.

Some extensions have backup features by online storage, but I think this is risky.

Some addons like "Tweaks for Youtube" have gazillions of settings. This idea is a must to properly sync them. Not to mention about:config
