Support all drag and drop functionalities in android parity with windows

Hello, I'm testing firefox on an android tablet and realized that I can't make remove its default browser, chrome in favor of firefox since I will need drag and drop images while taking notes and such.

Upon further testing, here's a list of all drag and drop features that I think are missing:
1. Drag links/text on tab to open new tab in position
2. Ability to drag images at all is missing
3. Hovering over tab with anything in dragging mode like text, images, etc. should open that tab so I can drop stuff into places
