Supernova UI: Bring back the option to configure/sort columns in "Vertical View"

When in

View -> Layout -> Vertical View

There is no option to sort the folder content based on name, date, subject, size, etc.

Can we have this option back? This is a very important feature and the lack of it is causing productivity shortcomings.

1. Press the ALT key
2. Select View
3. Select Sort

Thanks. However, that requiers multiple unnecessary steps to do a simple sort. I also sort based on different columns—it may be an acceptable workaround for some, but definitely a major productivity issue.

I realize it would be difficult to have columns in vertical but that is my preferred view.  How about floating windows option?.  You could even move the message window to another monitor.
