Body:

Hello Mozilla Team,

I’m writing to propose a new feature or extension for Firefox—a personal voice AI assistant that acts as a true digital companion. The assistant would work through the browser (or as a lightweight module) and include:

Voice-based internet search and interaction

Ability to play music, locate public cameras, analyze traffic, and check schedules

Help in finding like-minded people across forums and social platforms

Real-time safety alerts (e.g., warning about unsafe areas ahead)

Integration with phone apps and functions (with full user consent)

Continuous, hands-free support in everyday life

The goal is to turn Firefox into a trustworthy, intelligent assistant that respects user privacy while offering proactive help—especially valuable when people are multitasking, working, or navigating daily challenges.

Mozilla, with your open-source ethics and history of AI-related initiatives like Common Voice and DeepSpeech, is uniquely positioned to lead such innovation.

I’d be happy to collaborate or provide further ideas for prototyping or open-source development. Thank you for your time and for building a better digital world.

Sincerely,
Denis
