Sports Widget - More Sports/Custom Schedules

Heya!

I think the new sports widget is fantastic! However I wish it had more customisability, with the option of following more sports like Rugby, Cricket, etc.

Also, I think a way to implement custom schedules/games would go really far! Something along the lines of an API so we change scores, times and teams would work or something as simple as a way to import/read a calender to show times and upcoming games would also work quite nicely.

Hey Firefox, i have noticed the new sports widget in the light of the football world cup. I wish the sports widget could continue even after the world cup for other major football events like the Euros, UEFA Champions league and even the upcoming Nations League. Really wish the same could be applicable to other sports like international cricket tournaments like T20 World cup and ODI world cup or Rugby World cup. Many of love sports and would love a widget that just pops up with the scores of our favorite teams when opening our default browser. Would also be really cool if we can have the option to follow the progress of our favorite teams of different sports

The Women's Africa Cup of Nations starts this Sunday. Could you please include the tournament schedule as well? I think that if more people see the fixtures, they'll be more likely to watch the matches, giving women's football the visibility it deserves. It would be a nice and meaningful way to support women's sports.
