Spellcheck all contexts by default

On a fresh install of Firefox (Windows 11 - fresh install) the spell check didn't work for me in certain scenarios (e.g. WhatsApp web chat box) - this required a config change (layout.spellcheckDefault from 1 to 2) to get working.

Most people aren't going to do this and just think it's broken... surely this should be on by default?

Config change step-by-step:

• in the address bar type about:config and hit enter
• type layout.spellcheckDefault in the filter field
• double click on the entry and in the popup box enter 2
• click ok
