Signature options modification

I would find very helpfull one solution (I believe this should be quite simple?).

In Account settings/Identity/ there in an option to select:
1. Signature text OR
2. Instead of that attach signature from file (text, HTML or picture):

I would like to use BOTH at the same time.
For example: 
1. Signature text (Best regards, name, title, e-mail, phone nummber...)
2. AND  attach signature from file (logo, QR kode... or when is holiday season Christmas card...)

Can this options be available at the same time?
