Show Extensions for In-App Browser

In standard Firefox Mobile, I can see my Extensions, interact with them, etc. However when I'm in a website that I used the "Add to home screen" function for (installed web browser app) and I open a link in that, it shows a miniature menu with the "Open in Firefox", "Find in page", and "Desktop Site". Some of my extensions break the site, so I need to manually Open in Firefox to turn the extension off. I would much prefer to have the menu display the option to interact with my extensions directly.
