Settings: Port Missing PC options to Firefox Mobile Apps (Privacy)

(Was advised to submit here after submitting feedback report to Mozilla, feature can only currently be implemented from behind flags in beta branch) 

We need a port of the Firefox on Windows Settings (namely to select Proxy/DoH/SOCKS settings in App that would otherwise be available on PC Browsing) 

I just want to be able to use OpenDNS for this browser. Similar to how the Chrome-Like Apps or beta flags do, but it's excessively difficult to do so on Firefox's Mobile Apps... 😢
