Firefox

Use the XDG_SESSION_TYPE environment variable to automatically use Wayland natively instead of XWayland by default for better compatibility and performance on Wayland. This should still be able to be changed with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND as it is now for people who need to run firefox through XWayland.

Yes, I agree. I think applications need to start trying to switch over to Wayland.

I really need to set the default graphics server to wayland because I have to use fractional scaling in Ubuntu 22.04, but using xwayland causes fuzziness.
