Current Situation:
In the New Tab personalization menu, users can click "Add image" to upload a custom background. However, if they later change to another custom image or a default theme, the previously uploaded personal image disappears from the menu options.
The Problem:
To reuse a custom wallpaper they have already used in the past, users have to manually browse their computer's file system and re-upload the image every single time. This is inconvenient for users who like to rotate between a few of their own personal wallpapers.
Proposed Solution:
Create a "Recent Custom Images" or "My Wallpapers" gallery section right next to the "Add image" button. When a user uploads an image, it should be saved as a thumbnail in this list. This way, users can simply click the thumbnails to easily switch between their previously uploaded wallpapers. Adding a small 'X' button on these thumbnails would also allow users to remove them from their history when no longer needed.
