Rate websites

I'd like to have a native way to share user experience with a website. Upvote or downvote to keep it simple. The rating could show up in the address bar next to the 'bookmark' star.

From Firefox's perspective it could make FF more valuable to users.

that is a good idea cuz google has it and it'd be a cool feature if it was on all browsers
