"Pull to refresh/reload" feature to Firefox desktop

On Firefox mobile there is a nice feature when the website is at top, you could "scroll up" again and the website then reloads. No need to click in any menu etc. This is a really nice on news site for example that updates often.

I want this feature on Firefox on desktop too, because it is very nice and makes it simple to reload and it gives the same experience on both mobile and desktop. For me it is ok if this feature is hidden in about:config.

Im used to it on mobile and I therefor do this "maneuver" on the touchpad many time on desktop too by "accident" just to remember it dont work on desktop, which is annoying.
