Quickly add an email address or even domain to an existing filter

So I understand we have filters, and from what I can see they seem to work rather well. But what I'm trying to do is a 'block sender' and 'block domain' kind of filters. I'd like to just be able to right click the sender and put it into an existing filter.

I guess I can paint the picture, I create a filter to insta-delete, another to mark as read and throw into a different folder... 

With those filters built, when an email comes in I'd like the option to right click the senders name, and 2 options. "Apply Sender To Filter", with a flyout menu of my created filters and another that is 'Apply Domain To Filter'
