purchase transaction history locally stored by transaction for later retrieval

With all the issues with making an online purchase, I would like to see a way to select this feature to collect the web sites searched and screen shots and other useful information automatically, so that a user/buyer can show what was being purchased at what price and from what vendor, This information stored locally could then be sent to the seller, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon, or bank to help resolve any issue. The user could delete the information when they want or back it up for long term storage, proof of warranty etc..
