Can't you add profiles and a profile switcher like on Firefox for Windows on your Firefox mobile versions? I got a dozen profiles on my computer, but I don't want to install the alternative versions of Firefox just to add at least one other profile on my cellphone!

Hi everyone,

I’m the Product Manager for the Profiles Desktop feature. We really appreciate your feedback and your interest in seeing Profiles on Mobile. Our team is discussing this with the Mobile team, and we’ll share updates once our 2026 roadmap is finalized.

Thank you,

Susmitha (on behalf of the Profiles team)

@KellyClowers  Thanks for the feedback! We’re actively discussing with our mobile teams. I’m curious, would you prefer to sync all 4 profiles under one Mozilla account, or keep them separate with different accounts? Currently, there is a limitation due to architecture constraints - each profile can only sync with one Mozilla account. As Sync and Account are backbone to enable profiles across desktop and mobile, we’re actively thinking about the architecture to make the multi-profile experience smoother.

As for me, regarding multi-profiles for mobile, I prefer one account = one profile. I am a programmer myself and I know the difficulties in creating more than one profile for an account. Unless you use the Google feature of "sub-profiles" (that is, account1@gmail.com is your main account and account1+sub1@gmail.com is your first sub-profile and account1+sub2@gmail.com is your second sub-profile - names listed are samples so account1 = your main account name and sub1 and sub2 are SAMPLES of adding sub-profiles), then this would be too complex to use.
