Power Bookmarks

Provide a bookmark option to extend existing bookmark functionality with the following capabilities:

• Open in a new tab.
• Open at a specified tab location i.e. second tab, first tab, last tab, last - n tab.
• Open with or without focus.

Tab location contention i.e. two bookmarks that want to open as the second tab, should be allowed and the last bookmark actioned by the user is the one that wins the second tab spot.

This would be really handy.
