Hi there, thanks for your suggestion! This is something we will look at the next time we refresh this UX.
In the meantime, there's a couple of workarounds, for add-ons that are hosted on AMO. First, the author name links to the author page for all of their add-ons, and the ratings link goes to the page to leave a review.
However, not at all add-ons have a listing page, so this won't always work. Authors have the ability to link to a home page instead, but this is not mandatory today.
