Status: New idea

Use one tab only to display an email with multiple (exchanges/conversations/threads). Right now Thunderbird opens 15 tabs for an email with 15 back-and-forth chat exchanges

To open in one tab:

1) Single-click your Folder on left-hand-side window
2) Click on ">" symbol beside desired email which will open/breakdown threads
3) Click on desired thread to open in one tab.
