(New Tab) Time Zone Widget - Just let me select a time zone, not any specific city!

I was trying to add the time zone one of my friends is in to my time zone widget, but it was such a hassle; I only know their time zone, not what city they're in, but my only options are for specific cities!

I want to be able to add JUST the time zone, nothing else, to the widget.

It wasn't even easy to find a city with the correct time zone, because I can only search based on cities, and the time zone map I was using only lists countries.

Asking for specific cities is honestly creepy of firefox to do.
