new tab inherits the sound option

Hi everybody,

I have a sugestion.

Now, every time we open a new tab from a link, the tab opens in the default setting (with sound).

The sugestion would be for the tab to inherith the sound option from the tab it was openned.

If it it muted/silenced, the new tab would open muted/silenced as well.

This is a great idea. It occurred to me earlier this evening as well, and a quick google search brought me here. I like the idea of tabs inheriting a "safe" set of their parent tabs' properties. It would be a good thing for users to enable or disable via flags, perhaps.
