Multiple Fields in Password Manager

Can the option of multiple fields be added to password manager, as several websites require username, account number and password which partially defeats the purpose of a password manager.

I'd like to go even further and add a text search capable comment line too. Would help a lot when one hase more than 600 passwords, some leftovers but quite a lot in active use.
