Mobile: Tabs Expand and Contract Location Like Safari

Whether expanded or contracted, the tabs button always remains where my thumb can easily connect with it. As it sits right now, I have to reach high up on the screen to contract the tabs. See Safari Mobile iPhone screenshots below
