[Mobile] Ask to open link in Incognito

Add a setting allowing to do the following: When opening a link in Firefox by tapping on it in another app (e. g. tapping a link in Mail), Firefox asks whether the link should be opened in Incognito or normal browsing.

Yes, that idea seems similar, the difference is just that they want it to be a default while this suggestion is about asking the user first.
