Mobile: Add a brief highlight/flash on link tap (like Chrome's tap highlight)

On Chrome (mobile), tapping a link causes it to flash blue very briefly, giving instant visual confirmation that your tap registered and, just as importantly, exactly which link was hit. Firefox doesn't currently show this feedback, so on pages with several small or closely-spaced links, it's easy to be unsure whether you tapped the one you meant to until the new page starts loading.

This matters most on text-heavy pages with many inline links close together, small tap targets, and slower connections (where there's a longer gap between tap and page load with no feedback in between).

Could you please consider adding a short tap-highlight/flash effect on link touch, similar to the CSS -webkit-tap-highlight-color behavior in Chrome? Even a simple, brief opacity or color flash would go a long way.
