Middle click "New Tab" to scroll to the top/bottom of tab list in vertical mode

One feature I appreciate in 3rd party sidebars for tabs is the ability to scroll to the top and bottom of the tab list by pressing a button. (If you are in the middle of the tab list, it picks the closest side.)

In the official implementation I'd like to be able to scroll by middle clicking the "New Tab" button, as currently this functionality is identical to left clicking the button. (Just opens the new tab page.)
