When I download a large number of files in Firefox, sometimes some of the downloads fail, but it is very difficult to scroll through the list and see at a glance which files I need to restart because the color of the icons is always gray.

It would be nice if the failed downloads appeared with a more distinguishable feature, such as a red color or something similar.

Please add this. This is really bad UI.

When a download fails the only indication it failed are two things...

- The small grey subtext beneath the filename says "failed"

- The icon on the right is a black retry icon. Same color of all icons.

When you have a huge list of files (1000+) and you quickly scroll through you can't easily see the failed download. Having a huge screen like 34" monitor makes this worse.

Adding a simple color would easily identify failed downloads. Like changing the "Failed" text to red. Changing the color of the retry icon to red. Adding a faint red background for the row of the failed download. Anything would help.
