Make the "Open in Conversation" command more convenient

In the Thunderbird, when the message threading is switched on and I open the context menu for a thread, the opened pull-down menu contains the "Open" entry that opens the submenu which in turn contains the only "Open Message in Conversation" entry. I suggest to simplify the context menu for the threads so that the "Open Message in Conversation" will be moved to the main context menu (substituting the "Open" entry).
