Mail format autodetect by recipient and/or domain

Hi, 

In previous versions of Thunderbird, it was possible to specify mail formats depending on recipient domain, and recipient per recipient, which was quite useful in certain cases.
See this obsolete knowledge base, although still online... 🤔

These features are no longer in Thunderbird since I don't know when, but they're missing. I hope them back in a next release.
