Incoming Message body type and HyperLinks

Currently I have to use View > Message Body as > options to get Plain Text HyperLinks to work. Other email clients do not require this. If the message is HTML it displays as HTML and all Links work correctly. If the message is Plain Text it is displayed as Plain Text and all Links are underlined and work.  I have tried this in Gmail and EmClient and it works without selecting the body type.  But in the TB I have to change the Message Body type options to get it to work. Then it has to be changed when a different body type message is reviewed.  I have tested this in the lastest Beta build and Release build.  If the Beta is designed to be brought up to current standards this should be addressed as well.
