Improve the syncing for navbar layout

When i connect with my firefox acount to a firefox browser from a different pc, besides bookmarks and history, please restore also the layout of the arrows, refresh button, size and padding of search box etc and the theme. Also, make a hierarchy on who will sync from who, so there are no conflicts (like, when i connect to a vanilla new pc, don't back up the stock settings to my profile....and then my settings get overwritten)
