Hello, Loving the RSS and filter support in thunderbird and was wishing to get more items in feed. However not all websites have RSS so these features will be useful:

1. Ability to add RSS feed items based on HTML XPATH (Similar to FreshRSS, see here)
2. Ability to add RSS feed items based on JSON dotted path since most APIs use JSON (Similar to FreshRSS again, see here)
3. Ability to add RSS based on std output of scripts (Similar to RSSGaurd and Liferea)

These options would effectively cover all manners of adding a non-RSS-supporting website into feed reader.

Since AI can easily help write scripts for websites that do not support rss and also processing json or arbitrary format into rss feeds, this has been very game changing for the layperson. I'm saving python -c "<script here>" as rss feed, very simple and effective.

I can only hope to combine such ease of web scraping with powerful in-built filtering that can move and mark content already available in thunderbird so it's the only thing holding me back from switching to tb for feeds completely.
