How to set custom opening screen

I used to be able to set 'my' custom opening page. I could set that to "about:blank" or "Google.com". Now that has been removed. The only way to open to a Google search page is to show shortcuts. Hate that page. I must select menu then bookmarks then Google.

Please re-add the "custom" opening page option.
