Hi everyone!

I often use Firefox windows for websites like WhatsApp or Telegram. These websites are not really just “regular websites” but rather full-featured, semi-standalone web applications.

It would be incredibly convenient if, for such windows, I could hide (remove) the navigation toolbar with the back/forward buttons and the address bar, so that only the website content remains visible.

F11 does something close to what I want, but it switches the window into fullscreen mode.

Would it be possible to add a button, menu item, or shortcut (for example, Shift+F11) that hides all browser UI in the window without going fullscreen?

Maybe you're looking for something like Web apps mode?

You can take a look at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/web-apps-firefox-windows

You'd still have the address bar, but everything else is removed.
