A ferramente de envio e recebimento de e-mails poderia ter opção de criação de templates para que pudéssemos deixar modelos de e-mails prontos de modo a escolher determinado template. Facilitaria muito para e-mails de mesmo conteúdo que precisamos enviar para pessoas diferentes, ou diversas vezes.

The email shipping and receiving tool could have an option to create templates so that we could leave ready-made email models to choose a certain template. It would make it very much easier for emails of the same content that we need to send to different people, or several times.
