I'd like a way of exporting and importing user-changed settings on Firefox.
Even better if it can also be synced as a profile to pick after login in..

Here's all settings I change every time I make a fresh install of Firefox to reconstruct my previous installation:

- Checked to "Open previous windows and tabs".
- Unchecked "Display lateral panel".
- Checked "Use automatic roll".
- Added a custom address for the homepage.
- Unchecked "Weather", "Shortcuts", "Support Firefox".
- Unchecked every sub-option under "Show search suggestions", except that option itself.
- Removed all search mechanisms I didn't like.
- Enabled "Rigorous" protection against tracking, and checked "Fix small website problems".
- Deleted all cache since first launch.
- Activated HTTPS for all sites.
- Activated Maximum DNS over HTTPS protection.
- Removed "Tags" from History.
- Added "Most Recent Visit" to History.
- Deleted welcome pages from History.
- Deleted pre-installed bookmarks from the Bookmarks Menu.
- Right-Clicked the Reload button, then set Bookmarks Toolbar > Always Show.
- Right-Clicked the "Import bookmarks...", then click "Remove from toolbar".
- Right-Clicked the Reload button, clicked on "Customize Toolbar..." , then removed:
1. Both left and right blank spaces between the address bar.
2. Firefox View (top-left corner).
3. Sidebars (top-left corner).
4. List all tabs (top-right corner).
5. Account (top-right corner).
6. Unchecked "Always Show in Toolbar" from "Extensions" and actual extensions (top-right corner).
7. Unchecked "Hide [Downloads] button when empty", exited "Customize Toolbar...", right clicked Downloads, unchecked "Show Panel When Download Begins", the rechecked "Hide [Downloads] button when empty".
- Added:
Home (into the right of the reload button).
- Disable these extensions (about:config):
browser.cache.disk.enable
apz.overscroll.enabled
browser.urlbar.trimURLs
browser.tabs.groups.enabled
browser.tabs.groups.smart.enabled
- Change this extension value to "1" (about:config):
widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker

It should also tell the user when a default setting changes, and let them pick which setting to use.
Like it recently happened with
widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker
