Expand auto PiP to open PiP when switching applications

Recently, Auto PiP for tab switching was delivered in the latest stable and nightly release. But I feel like auto PiP could be expanded to open PiP when users switch applications. Because just like with the current auto PiP, users won't have to manually open PiP before they switch applications. However, some users might not want PiP to open when switching tabs or applications. So maybe make an option to disable auto PiP for those who don't want it.

Yes. I am LOVING this feature. This would be a welcome addition, and I agree that separate options for enabling when switching tabs and switching programs could be useful, though I'm likely to leave it on 'auto' for everything.

This would be really cool but you're right it needs to be easily disabled 👍
