Enable WebHID support to allow use of VIA

Many keyboard enthusiasts have keyboards programmed with QMK. 

Via (https://usevia.app) is a graphical interface for QMK. VIA is web-focused app, and so any time I want to change keyboard settings I have to use a different browser. One of few reasons to keep chrome alongside Firefox since edge is just irritating.

Would be a big step toward ridding myself of other browsers.

Hopefully the introduction of webserial to firefox eventually gets to this.

The Permission settings is just woefully lacking compared to any chromium browsers' which just shows the gap between features like webhid.
