Don't resize tab for audio indicator repeatedly

I play chess on lichess with firefox. Whenever someone makes a move there is a sound. This triggers the audio indicator to turn on and then off after every move, resizing the tab. The visual noise of this distracting.

I would suggest one of the following:

* Use an audio indicator that does not resize the tab at all
* If there is an audio indicator and it goes away, do not reclaim the space. Keep it reserved in case it is needed again.
* If a tab shows an audio indicator n times for some low value of n, classify it as intermittently audible and do not reclaim the space if the indicator disappears.
