Disabling Autofill should also disable form-history suggestions, or clearly warn that it does not

I have Firefox Autofill disabled, but Firefox still displays previously entered email addresses and other form entries as suggestions in form fields because “search and form history” is controlled by a separate setting.

From a user perspective, this is misleading. If I disable Autofill, I reasonably expect Firefox to stop suggesting previously entered personal information in forms. The distinction between “Autofill” and “form history” may make sense internally, but the resulting behavior is effectively indistinguishable to the user.

At minimum, the Autofill settings should clearly state that form-history suggestions can still appear and provide a direct link to the separate setting that controls them.

Ideally, disabling Autofill should either:

1. disable both address/payment autofill and form-history suggestions, or
2. present both options together so users can clearly control all automatic form suggestions in one place.

Right now, a user can deliberately disable Autofill and still see a dropdown containing previously entered email addresses, which makes it appear that the Autofill setting has been ignored.
