Create new tabs within tab group by default.

Currently if I have tab within a group open and hit ctrl-t I'm taken out of the group. 
It would be more convenient if the new tab showed up within the group instead.
If I am grouping tabs, I am usually working on something specific and would rather keep that focus instead of having to drag every new tab into the group. Also since there is a "New Tab" button top-level, you could have both behaviors by having "New Tab" create a new top-level tab, and ctrl-t a new tab within a group(if an existing tab within that group is focused).
