Status: New idea
Hello. I would like to suggest remove ESC as the key for quiting fullscreen mode, because command + control + F & command + shift + F are already two key shortcuts for doing this. ESC is easy to be typed accidently for various reasons. Any opinions? Hope to hear from you. Thanks.

No one but IT people are going to know about those shortcuts.

There is a menu item "exit full screen" under the View menu. In addition, the indicator light can also exit the full screen.

I found that the Firefox browser I was using no longer used ESC to exit the full screen.

I don't know why? Today, I can use ESC to exit the full screen again. Obviously, I couldn't do it yesterday.

Two months have passed, and this problem still exists! Isn't Mozilla going to optimize this proposal?

I personally like escape as exit fullscreen

My worry is unnecessary, it turns out that there is already a following item in about:config of Firefox: browser.fullscreen.exit_on_escape
