color bar over highlighted tab than color on entire tab button

FIREFOX COLORS isnt working, i tried to create a theme with color bar over highlighted tab but color getting applied to whole button, FIX IT

or simply create new themes with color bar over highlighted tab like chrome's minimal green and water fox browser 2020.01
