Can Firefox lite be made available globally

The current mobile version of Firefox completely chews through battery life, my phone doesn't have insane battery life but going through 25% in the space of a few minutes is crazy. Unfortunately, it seems the PC version shares this issue too. I saw that certain Asian countries have access to a lite version, would be nice if other countries could have access.

@Jon What do you think of this idea how can we talk directly to the Mozilla Firefox Devs and Mozilla Themselves we ant this.
