Button for about:addons menu to turn off/on all installed extensions

Hi sometimes I  have to turn off all installed extensions to check if doing it fixes encountered bug/error. Having possibility to turn off/on all my extensions would be hreat time saver

While waiting for implementation, there are a couple of things you can do:

1. If no add-ons have permission to run in Private mode, open a new window in Private mode.

2. Go into Troubleshoot mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode/), where all add-ons and a few other things are disabled.
