Automatic assignment of container tabs & grouping container tabs

Namaste! I would like the feature of assigning a container to a new tab immediately, while pressing the new tab shortcut (Ctrl + T). Currently, support is only provided for selection of container tab when the new tab (+) icon is clicked. Also, I would like a collapse of similar container tabs into a single group, if instructed, which would make the tab bar much cleaner.

A similar option for opening a new window (Ctrl+N) would also be appreciated.  In my prev0ious browser I'm used to opening a new tab or window when I quickly needed to do something separate from my current task but now I get interrupted with typing by needing to move the new tab or window to the correct container with my mouse. It would be much more convenient if I could just choose the container when I created the tab or window.
