Ask Telemetry initially for all Mozilla Products

This is the most basic thing that Mozilla could do. Whether installing Firefox (or its forks like nightly) or Thunderbird or creating a Mozilla account, it could just force the user to make a decision. If any Mozilla employee is reading this your projects are open-source, and you have Mozilla Connect (this very platform) you will find many of your users will be much happier with this change. I have seen many people finding that problem as the main problem with Firefox. It would be just so simple.
