Arrange containers in about:preferences#containers

You can sort containers in the popup of actionButton, but you can't sort them into about:preferences#containers.

So, add the functionality that allows sorting containers there.

Second this. I had to delete all my containers and create them from scratch just to get them in the order that I want. The inability to order them affects not only the preferences page, but also how they are ordered when you right-click on a tab to open it in a new container, which means that having them in a bad order is a regular annoyance.

So please add the ability to reorder containers such that the new order is reflected everywhere, not in some places but not others.

Currently sorting does not affect the + (new tab) button either, which is where it's most important!
