On small vertical screens (so not speaking on tablets), homescreen items would be easier to reach if they were anchored to the bottom of the screen rather than the top. Most notably, the site shortcuts and the private browsing toggle.

The private browsing toggle button should be moved to the left of the address bar, where the home button normally is. That's a really convenient double-tap to start a private session and makes it so there's always a button there, improving visual consistency.

The homepage widgets should probably just have their order reversed, with shortcuts on the bottom. This makes it easier to access your shortcuts, and you'd scroll up instead of down to reach the out-of-view content.
