Add unfocused tab to group in 2nd window via context menu. No change active window or tab

Sorry for the verbose title. I appreciate the changes from this community idea. It improved most of the jarring focus changing while organizing tab groups.

# Still, there is a bit of unintuitive behavior in this scenario:

1. Have focused tab in active Firefox window A
2. Right click different, unfocused tab in active Firefox window A
3. Send unfocused tab to group in inactive Firefox window B via context menu
4. Tab focus & active window changes to sent tab in Firefox window B

# Expected behavior

Step 4: Focused tab and active window remains unchanged. Sent tab joins selected group.
